Ask a new question. I wanted to use my laptop to do a bit more than just browsing the web and i noticed that it was not as performant as i expected. After verification on the performance bar of the Task Manager I noticed that almost 5 Gigs of Ram were constantly being used even with nothing running I even turned off some background running programs like skype or steam but nothing changed.
On the web I generally found people saying that a pc at Idle should use a bit more than 2 Gigs of Ram, so what is happening here?
